We are very excited to launch our first Pét Nat sparkling wine from our 2021 single-vineyard harvest. With low intervention principles in mind from conception to glass, our small batch ‘methode ancestrale’ has delightful fresh peach and apricot notes with a long brioche finish.

We have a deep commitment to our wonderful surroundings here at Wolstonbury. We have planted thousands of trees which were sustainably sourced with the Woodland Trust and the National Trust, here, on our land. For every case of wine sold, we plant a tree.
