    1x Wolstonbury jute shopping bag with removable 6-bottle divider

    1x set of tasting notes

    For every case of wine sold, we will plant a tree at Wolstonbury as part of our rewilding initiative.

     

    You will receive:

      

    Pét Nat 2021 sparkling wine 

    A 'pétillant naturel' sparkling Bacchus wine, meaning naturally sparkling. This is a natural, unfiltered wine produced in a very small batch using low-intervention method principals from our 2021 harvest. The purpose is to capture and retain the true expression of the grapes from vine to glass. A wonderful wine to share with others, it can be enjoyed with the natural sediment settled for a clearer appearance and brighter notes or allow it to swirl and blend with the wine for greater texture.

    Variety: Bacchus 100%   Style: Brut, crisp, zesty, uplifting

    Harvest: 06 October 2021 – 5.5tons

    Notes: peach and apricot, lime, long brioche finish

    1x 750ml bottle. 11% vol. Winemaker: David Cowderoy

     

    Wolstonbury 2018 Bacchus Reichensteiner still wine 

    Our debut harvest offers the whole vineyard in a bottle! Pressed on the night of picking (as we always do), the freshness is retained. Our chalk soil brings a mineral tone and the blend of Reichensteiner soothes the Bacchus.     

    Variety: Bacchus 75%, Reichensteiner 25%   Style: Dry, crisp, zesty, buttery    

    Harvest: 23 September 2018 – 6.1tons

    Notes: citrus, elderflower

    1x 750ml bottle. 12.5% vol.

     

    Wolstonbury 2019 Bacchus still wine

    This year our young vines continued to mature and produced a lovely crop giving us a ton more than the previous year so we chose to produce a more Bacchus-forward still wine with just a dash of Reichensteiner.

    Variety: Bacchus 90%, Reichensteiner 10%   Style: Dry, fresh, crisp, floral 

    Harvest: 20 September 2019 – 7.2tons

    Notes: oozes gooseberry and elderflower

    1x 750ml bottle. 12% vol.

     

    Contains SULPHITES.
